FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES OF ITEMS

If a customer orders the wrong product or the wrong size, they are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges. Additionally, we will cover the expense if the product you received is deemed defective.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item quickly! Feel free to email us at admin@drsharonmk.com to notify us of the mix-up. Please include your order number, name, and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: the original product ordered and the actual product you received, including the style/design, color, and size. Please attach a picture, whenever possible, of the product(s) showing the defect. 

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Due to variations in monitor settings, Propelling Collectibles makes no guarantees regarding product color matches.

Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone, or any other display settings.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust final purchase prices. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s impossible for you or us to change it. Before submitting your order, please ensure all your information is accurate, including your discount code. 

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order. This applies to Free Shipping discount codes. 

SHIPPING ISSUES

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders ship within 7-10 days. If your order has not shipped by the 10th day, please contact us at admin@drsharonmk.com

Please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to ship for holiday-related sales. Typically, we receive high volumes of orders around these times and have limited staffing. If your order has yet to ship by the end of week 4, you may request that we refund your shipping fee 100%.

For International shipping, please allow an additional 7-21 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. If you cannot locate the package posted “in transit” or “delivered,” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Issues

Propelling Collectibles WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies, which include lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time the order is placed, please contact us at info@samegodnewme.com as soon as possible. We may be able to correct the issue before shipping.

Delivery Issues

All orders with delivery issues, where the package is labeled delivered and the customer didn’t receive the package, must file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful upon further review, we may issue a store credit for the amount of the package in question.

Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means the shipping process has begun, and your tracking number will be updated as soon as USPS scans your order. This does not mean your order is lost; it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please contact us only if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

OVERSOLD ITEMS

It is uncommon, but if an item has been oversold and we cannot ship it with your order, you will be refunded for the missing item, and the remainder of your order will ship if your whole order consists of that one item. You will be refunded for shipping.

PRIORITY PROCESSING

Urgent processing guarantees that your order will be processed before any general orders from that date. It does not guarantee a faster delivery time.  

SIZING

All Propelling Collectibles’ t-shirts and hoodies are unisex sizes.

PRICE CHANGES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

The price at which your order was purchased and confirmed is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted. 

IF GRANTED A REFUND, WHERE WILL THE FUNDS GO?

Refunds are sent using the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method, you will need to contact your financial institution.
